...is going on now through March 8th! This is a great time to get a bunch of books on sale (or even free) and support indie authors. Leave your recommendations for authors/books on sale in the comments ->

Edit: Oh, and a note about how Smashwords author royalties work (from r/MM_RomanceBooks):

About author payouts, per Smashwords policy: They pay authors and publishers up to 80% of list price or more when the customer's cart total is over $9.00.

So, if you have a bunch of free or cheap books in your cart, try to make sure your total is at least $9 so that the author gets the maximum payout possible.

queer romance recommendations

Some of Megan Derr's books are up to 75% off this week. She writes (generally) fantasy romance; I particularly liked Tournament of Losers (down to $1.49) and The High King's Golden Tongue ($1.74).

Another fantasy-romance author, K.L. Noone, has books up to 50% off. Haven't read much of their works, but I recently read Spells and Sensibility ($3.24) and enjoyed it.

Looks like most of Josh Lanyon's books are 50% off for the sale. She writes murder mysteries (with romance).

And finally, I have quite a few Sebastian Nothwell books on my TBR and with several of them on sale for 75% off I'll probably be adding more.
