Now you got me curious; hadda go look. Using the citation machine's ebook listing, I get:
Kress, N. (2007). Fountain of age [loc. 64-77]. (Fictionwise Multiformat version), Kress-FAge-mo.prc
There's probably not actually any standards yet, so as long as the format is mostly correct and usable, it should be okay.
