Or, no, if illegal downloading isn't stopped, the authors and publishers, known for their incredible political power, will rise up and seize computers all over the world and monitor every action on the internet, and close all libraries and bookstores, to prevent ALL READING OF BOOKS EVERYWHERE, until their demands are met.
(I really have no idea what SJae meant. There's some hint of "if you don't pay us properly, we'll take our toys and go away," which, um, is only a useful threat if there aren't eight zillion free toys being provided by someone else.)
