I've been tweaking the settings for conversion to txt and the results are now better, though still not perfect. A weird thing I noticed is that all quotes and apostrophes are shown as a square character in the internal viewer. They show up fine in FB reader on my computer, and I'm about to transfer them to my reader to see how they look in CoolReader.
