If a website is set up pretty simply so that it's pretty much a text page, I'll grab it as an html file and convert it to epub in Calibre. Beyond that, I just won't work for fanfic anymore. You only offer it on LiveJournal in white text on a black background? Nevermind. I've got plenty. I used to play around with tools that would grab it from LJ and format but that only worked some of the time and so now, if it's not easy, I have 500 books unread on my ereader. I'm not lacking for material in the least.
