I can do the piracy side of the ebook debate (it mainly centers on "there's no reliable info that it hurts sales")--but that's another issue entirely. This is an author ranting that people who are willing to pay aren't willing to pay *enough.*
That they are "whiny bitches" for setting a price cap on their entertainment--for being willing to pay $4 for an ebook, but not $14... for books that she admits have had the price yanked up solely to get readers to buy in paper instead.
She's complaining about people who are buying ebooks that cost under $4, and apparently saying they *should* be buying ebooks that cost $8 or $15 instead.
