I did notice that. Was thinking, I write prose, and I write lyrics, and 500 words of prose writes much, much faster than 200 words of lyrics, which have to be balanced against each other and packed into a much smaller space. And that's without getting into the musical side of things.
I write drabbles, too. And while those are harder than prose in the middle of longer pieces, they've still got nothing on the hassles of making the words rhyme, scan, and pronounce well out loud.
