That looks like a distinct possibility - they obviously take the PDF thing pretty seriously. ADE should work with the Sony but, after a lot of digging, I found that it was a known problem that the combination of ADE+Mac+Sony was a non-starter. I was very relieved I'd only spent $1 to find that out because if it had been a more expensive book I'd have been spitting because all the visible places said "will work with any e-reader".
