I could probably also nag the publisher for it, but they've got a million other things to worry about. Plus... I'm late delivering them a book, so I feel like a heel asking them for stuff. :-)

RR had so many problems with the web site that they finally chucked it and just launched a whole new one, I haven't figured out if I have to create a new account there or what yet. I just know they re-did it.
