I doubt it. Because it's e-ink any of the other things would be a little slow. But if it is like hacking the color Nook where all it does is boot off the sd card, it might be in interesting lark to try once or twice. If it is only on the sd card and doesn't do anything hinky to the reader itself it would be okay to play with. But only play though. ^__^

I was momentarily tempted to get a Nook Color at one point just so I could try and hack it.

If I remember right, you're pretty good with stuff like this, too. Okay, I'll admit, trying to hack a Nook sounded like fun, but not my Sonys! :)
