Pottermore Survey for Harry Potter ebooks

For Harry Potter fans interested in the ebooks, Pottermore is running a survey asking for things like likelyhood of purchase, where you buy your ebooks, what devices you own, and what would make you not buy (I put down 'the presence of DRM').

If you're interested in giving some feedback, here's a link to the Pottermore blog post:

I didn't see a "what would make you not buy" option in the quiz. (And of course, gah, it only lists the ebookstores that have DRM, and an "other" option.) Possibly I missed that by saying I'd definitely be interested; maybe the "why wouldn't you buy" only kicks in if you say you're conditionally interested in buying them. (I'm definitely interested in buying the ebooks... if they're released under the terms JKR mentioned in the early press releases about the site. "Readable on any device," she said.)

I do hope they open the site soon; I think they've lost a lot of momentum by not getting it open while the 7th (8th) movie was still actively being promoted.

I said I wasn't going to buy them and I got the "why wouldn't you buy" question. So, it must be dependent on how you answer the would you buy or not question.

Heh, I notice iPad (Stanza) is not an option :p

Thanks for the link - I've given them anti-DRM feedback as well.
