Goofy question regarding the Sony touch reader...

Forgive me if this has been asked before, but:

Anyone have any experience with the PRS-600 series, especially regarding battery life with a memory card inserted?

I'm looking to see if mine is average, or chewing through it's battery quicker then 'normal'.

Thanks!

I have the 505 with a memory card and I have to charge at least once a week. However, I think my battery may not be that great because I did a test without the memory card and I still had to charge up in one week. Having said that I do read about 1 hour ever day on the device?

I have a 600 series. I don't think the battery life on it is as long as my 500 reader. (Or as long as my 500 reader USED to be before they upgraded it to read epub).

I usually only charge it once a week if I've been doing heavy duty reading. I don't charge until it's down to 1 tick on the battery icon although there have been times I've let it run completely done. Since it doesn't take long to charge via a power cord (to me this is way faster than charging on a usb cable), I just either plug it in, or plug it in and keep reading although the power cord is kind of in an annoying place if you are lying down and reading.

50% of my books on are the memory card so I seldom use my reader without the card, so I guess I've never tested it without to see if it lasts longer.
