Lol. Sometimes I feel like this is what goes through publisher's heads. And authors that go off on rants about illegal downloads. Yes, it hurts your sales. No, you don't have control over how your publisher releases the books. Yes, I would give you the money if your publisher let me. Talk to your publisher.
