Unsubscribing from a publisher's mailing list >:(

Has anyone here successfully unsubscribed from Noble Romance's mailing list? I've done the website unsub like five times and written to their customer service department. I'm pretty sure I didn't even sub in the first place. This and the quality of their product has really put them on my shit list.
